All orders are processed and ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Sleek Serve ships using USPS Priority Mail for standard shipping and UPS Express Saver for expedited orders.

Standard Shipping ($15.00):

  • Transit: 3–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days from order date

UPS Express Saver ($20.58):

  • Processing: 1 business day
  • Transit: 2–3 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3–4 business days from order date

Free Shipping (orders $100+):

  • Same timeline as Standard Shipping
  • Automatically applied at checkout

Rural and Remote Areas

Deliveries to rural or remote locations may require 1–2 additional business days beyond standard transit times.

International Shipping

Sleek Serve currently ships only within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
